Daniel Wu is the Manager for Malaysia and Brunei Darussalam Affairs, as well as the Financial Services Working Group. He graduated magna cum laude from Franklin and Marshall College in 2011 with a B.A. in Economics and Government complemented by an honors thesis titled “ASEAN: Institutionalizing Regionalism in Southeast Asia.”
He previously held internships at the CSIS Southeast Asia Program in Washington, DC and the Center for Policy Research and International Studies in Malaysia. Born and raised in Penang, he speaks Mandarin, Malay, and Penang Hokkien.
