Meand Luk


Meand Luk is the Program Manager and Coordinator for Health and Life Sciences. Meand joined the Council in 2011 and comes from MSD where she assisted in project managing the Annual Policy Meeting through developing its agenda and managing its logistical needs. She was also responsible for media monitoring and developing research briefs on company-related and industry-wide issues in the region. Prior to that, Meand was an undergraduate of the Political Science faculty at the National University of Singapore and her honors thesis analyzed the comparative factors of success and failure between the Clinton and Obama administration’s healthcare reform effort.

Meand holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences (Hons) from the National University of Singapore.
