Representative - Philippines
Evelyn P. Mariano has worked for the US ASEAN Business Council (US-ABC) for more than two decades and joined the Council in July 1992 as Trade Information Officer. In July of 2002, she assumed her duties as Coordinator of the Philippine Office. At present, she is designated as Country Representative, Philippines office.
In this capacity, Evelyn oversees the Philippine member services and program activities in close coordination with the rest of the Council’s Philippines team. She is responsible for supplying members with timely information updates and local support services, and assisting with heightening the Council's visibility and presence not only in Manila but the entire ASEAN through promotion, programs and other informational activities. She is honored to have served under the leadership of four of the Council’s presidents, including Robert E. Driscoll, Ernest Z. Bower, Matthew Daley and Alexander C. Feldman.
Prior to joining the Council, Evelyn worked as a bank teller with Banco Filipino and Philippine Commercial and International Bank (PCIBank); as Executive Secretary of Abba Holdings Corporation; Executive Assistant of Golden Country Farms, a poultry and feeds manufacturing firm; and with AYC Consultants (currently known as Wallace Business Forum) of Peter L. Wallace, its founder and owner.
Evelyn is a Filipina, married and a loving mother to one daughter.
