Manager - ICT & Singapore
Heidi Mah joined the Council as a Manager in November 2020 and is responsible for the ICT and Singapore portfolios.
She brings with her a public sector perspective from her previous role as an innovation and growth advocate at one of Singapore’s economic agencies – Enterprise Singapore – where she spearheaded digitalization, innovation and internationalization initiatives to support SMEs in the maritime sector. This included strengthening the digital capabilities of local bunkering companies, facilitating investment deal flows for maritime tech start-ups, and leading an open innovation challenge to enhance and drive partnerships within Singapore’s vibrant trade and connectivity ecosystem. Heidi was also given a short-term appointment in Bangkok, Thailand, where she led a Business Mission for Singapore education companies.
Heidi graduated with a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Political Science from the National University of Singapore. She previously interned with the Council’s Singapore office in 2016 and 2018, and assisted with the Health & Life Sciences, Food & Agriculture, Infrastructure and Singapore committees.
