Email Rr. Nugraheni Widia Utami joined the US-ASEAN Business Council’s Jakarta office in February 2019 and serves as Senior Manager for SME Initiatives.
Prior to joining the Council, Utami worked for the Government of Indonesia in both the Ministry of Trade and Ministry of National Development Planning (BAPPENAS). In 2013, Utami was one of Indonesia Task Force’s members and conducted coordination for the Ninth Ministerial Conference World Trade Organization preparation in Bali, Indonesia. The next year, Utami was assigned as a program officer to assist with developing a Strategic Planning document for Indonesia International Trade Cooperation in 2015 – 2019. Additionally, in the Ministry of National Development Planning, Utami worked closely with multilateral development organizations to prepare the New National Development Projects document for the years 2015 – 2019.
Utami received a scholarship from the Australia Awards to attain her Masters of Public Policy at the Australian National University. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Universitas Indonesia.
