Circular No. 15/2016/TT-BKHDT
Circular 15/2016 / TT-BKH, dated 11/15/2016, regulates the filing of prequalification invitation, bidding invitation to be investors of investment projects implemented in the form of a public-private partnership (PPP).
This circular is issued with a prequalification invitation and sample (Form 01, Form 02) applying to investment projects under the PPP model of national importance, Group A and Group B have conducted pre-qualification.
Such sample documents shall be utilized as follows:
