Email Nguyen Hoai Phuong joined the Council in January 2020 and serves as a Manager based in Hanoi, supporting the Council’s activities and initiatives in Vietnam, including trade missions and events, government relations, and advocacy efforts. Phuong originally joined the Council in 2011 from KPMG, and worked as Executive Assistant to Country Representative for three years before leaving for maternity leave. In 2015, she worked for the Vietnam Business Forum as a member of the Forum Secretariat to coordinate high profile bi-annual forums between the business community and Vietnamese leadership and specialized Working Groups cutting across sectors. From 2016 to 2018, she worked at the Asian Development Bank as a Project Coordinator in the Portfolio Administration Unit. Phuong has degrees from the National Economic University in Banking & Finance, and Hanoi University of Foreign Studies in Language & International Studies.
