Associate - ICT & Special Assistant to the CEO
Ryan DelGaudio joined the Council in October 2020 as an Associate on the Information and Communications Technology portfolio and as Special Assistant to the CEO. Originally from South Florida, Ryan has engaged with public and private stakeholders on key policy issues relating to trade, technology, and foreign affairs. He brings skills from previous work experiences at BSA | The Software Alliance, the U.S. Commerce Department, and Capitol Hill.
Ryan graduated summa cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania in May 2020 with a B.A. in History and a joint certificate in Public Policy from the Wharton School. Throughout his undergraduate career as a Public Policy Research Scholar and a Benjamin Franklin Scholar, he conducted research on international negotiations, international trade, and international border policy with Perry World House’s Borders and Boundaries Project. Ryan has been accepted to Harvard Law School and will begin his coursework for a J.D. in the Fall of 2022.
