ASEAN’s commitment to finalize DEFA by 2025 is ambitious but it shows ASEAN’s leadership in regional digital agreement initiatives and its seriousness in reaping the benefits of the digital economy. The US-ASEAN Business Council is committed to supporting this effort and would like to invite members to participate in the upcoming U.S.-ASEAN Digital Economy Policy Retreat. This Policy Retreat will kick off the DEFA Workshop Series, organized by the Council with the support of sponsoring members.
