Over the past two decades, he has advised multinational companies and senior regional executives, with engagements including KKR, McKinsey & Company, Prudential, Microsoft, FedEx Express, Disney, Eli Lilly, Diageo, NBA China, Herbalife and PayPal.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Horwitz held regional leadership roles in logistics and international business development across Hong Kong, China, India and Southeast Asia. His responsibilities included regional expansion, joint ventures, government negotiations and operational development throughout the region.
He has also been actively involved in US-Asia business and policy engagement through regional business associations. He served for six years on the Board of Governors of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and has participated in policy delegations, white paper initiatives and regional advocacy efforts related to trade, investment and economic cooperation in Asia.
In addition to his business activities, Mr. Horwitz has been involved in Jewish communal leadership in both Hong Kong and Singapore, serving on the boards of the United Jewish Congregation of Hong Kong and the Jewish Community Centre of Hong Kong.
He has spoken publicly on regional business, trade and leadership issues and has published in regional business and public affairs media. He is also the author of the 2015 book, The Art of The Smart: How to Steer Your Career.
