Minh Vu joined the US-ASEAN Business Council in October 2020 as a Manager on the Vietnam, Food and Agriculture, and Information and Communications Technology portfolios in the Washington, DC office.
Prior to joining the Council, Minh worked on key policy issues relating to regional security, international political economy and trade, and foreign affairs. He specialized on the Mekong River issue while he was at the East-West Center in Washington, DC and on China-Southeast Asia relations at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) Southeast Asia Program. He has written commentary for The Diplomat Magazine and the CSIS CogitAsia blog.
A native of Vietnam, Minh holds an M.A. in Asian Studies from Georgetown University and graduated cum laude from George Washington University with a B.A. in International Affairs, with double concentrations in International Politics and Comparative Politics.
