Roundtable with Chief Negotiators Sarah Ellerman and Sharon Yuan of the IPEF Bangkok
On 15 September 2023, The US-ASEAN Business Council, in collaboration with the American Chamber of Commerce in Thailand and the American Association of the Indo-Pacific met the Chief Negotiators Sarah Ellerman and Sharon Yuan of the IPEF Bangkok round. The event was also attended by Ambassador Robert F. Godec and 10 members company of the Council.
Luncheon Discussion with Robert F. Godec, U.S. Ambassador to Thailand
On July 13, 2023, the US-ASEAN Business Council held a luncheon discussion with U.S. Ambassador to Thailand Robert F. Godec. Representatives from the U.S. Embassy and 29 senior business executives from USABC member companies attended, sharing business updates and queries with the ambassador. Attendees also discussed Thailand’s recent economic and political landscape, while the ambassador shared news from his recent trip to Washington, D.C. The luncheon was generously supported by Cargill and GE.
2023 Vietnam Business Mission and Health & Life Sciences Industry Mission to Vietnam

From March 20 to 24, 2023, the Council led a delegation of more than 50 U.S. companies to Hanoi for the annual Vietnam Business Mission and Health & Life Sciences Industry Mission to Vietnam. This is USABC's biggest delegation to Vietnam in decades, coinciding with the 10th anniversary of the U.S. – Vietnam Comprehensive Partnership.

The delegation met with top leaders of Vietnam including the Prime Minister, Chairman of the National Assembly, Chairman of Central Party Committee on Economic Affairs and key stakeholders across several ministries and agencies to reinforce USABC's dedication to advancing shared economic priorities with Vietnam.

Roundtable Discussion with DEAC John Leonard of Office of Trade, U.S. Customs and Border Protection

Roundtable Discussion with Ambassador Yohannes Abraham
On Wednesday 22nd February 2023, US-ASEAN Business Council held a Roundtable Discussion with Ambassador Yohannes Abraham, newly appointed U.S. Ambassador to ASEAN.  The topics of discussion included healthcare, manufacturing, and technology.
2022 Thailand Business Mission
On November 28 – 30, the Council brought the delegation of 43 leading U.S. Company to engage with the Royal Thai Government and key stakeholders in Bangkok, Thailand. The delegation met with the Prime Minister of Thailand and his cabinet as well as senior government officials, and voiced their support of Thailand’s economic priorities as dedicated partner. 
Luncheon Discussion to Welcome Robert F. Godec, U.S. Ambassador to Thailand
On Wednesday 2nd November 2022, US-ASEAN Business Council held a Luncheon Discussion to Welcome Robert F. Godec, U.S. Ambassador to Thailand. Representatives from US Embassy including Ed Sagurton, John Breidenstine, Kelly Stange and Brandon Wilson attended along with 28 member companies.
Business Dialogue and Dinner in honor of Thailand Deputy Prime Minister Don Pramudwinai
On Thursday, September 22, the Council, in partnership with U.S. Chamber of Commerce, hosted the Business Dialogue and Dinner in honor of H.E. Don Pramudwinai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand, on the sideline of 77th UNGA in New York City. The Dinner is generously supported by Cheniere Energy, Chevron, ConocoPhillips, Koch Industries and Viatris. Representatives from US Department of State and Thailand Ministry of Foreign Affairs are presented.
