Peter A. Selfridge is the Global Head of Government Affairs for SAP. The Government Affairs function at SAP encourages the digital transformation of government decision-making and services worldwide. Peter is specifically responsible for promoting technological transformation in the public sector and the positive role played by digital technologies in addressing economic and societal challenges around the world.

Anil Argilla is the Head of Emerging Asia Region, Pfizer Biopharmaceuticals Group. He is responsible for Indian Sub-continent, Southeast Asian countries, Hong Kong and Taiwan. Concurrently, he is also Pfizer’s Cluster Lead for Vietnam, Indonesia, Pakistan and Singapore.

Mónica Bauer is Vice President of Corporate Affairs for PepsiCo, the second-largest food & beverage company globally. She helps shape and execute the global Corporate Affairs strategy and the cultural agenda for the function.

Quint Simon is Head of Public Policy, Southeast Asia, Amazon Web Services. She is a government relations professional with a strong track-record of delivering business value through public policy engagements. She has deep expertise in technology policy in key markets across Asia-Pacific, including cloud, internet and cyber security policy. Prior to joining Amazon Web Services, she was Associate Director with APCO Worldwide in Abu Dhabi and previously worked with the firm in South East Asia.

Michael Kiely is the President of Global Government Affairs at UPS. Based in Washington D.C., he leads UPS’s legislative strategy and advocacy efforts pertaining to the company’s global and domestic business units. Michael began his career with UPS in 1992 as a management trainee. Upon completion, he held numerous positions in the finance and accounting function on assignments based in New York, Georgia and Belgium. In 2001, he was appointed as Managing Director of Finance and Accounting for UPS’s Northern European operations, where he oversaw all aspects of Finance, Accounting, Taxation and Benefits Management for seven European countries.

In a career spanning the business, government and nonprofit sectors, Penny has held leadership positions in the Asia-Pacific with global multinationals including Visa Inc, the digital payments company and consulting firm McKinsey & Company. Most recently, she was Group CEO of Australia’s leading center for Asia engagement, Asialink at the University of Melbourne. A former senior diplomat, Penny represented Australia in Asia (including in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia), and the United Nations in Geneva and New York. She previously served as a senior Asia advisor to the Minister for Foreign Affairs and Assistant Secretary for Southeast Asia.
