Maurice Greenberg

Maurice R. Greenberg is Chairman of Starr Insurance Companies, a global insurance and investment organization founded by Cornelius Vander Starr in 1919 in Shanghai, China. Mr. Greenberg retired as Chairman and CEO of American International Group (AIG), a former Starr subsidiary, which became the first fully licensed foreign insurance company in China. Under his nearly 40 years of leadership, AIG grew from an initial market value of $300 million to $180 billion, becoming the largest insurance company in the world. Mr. Greenberg is also the chairman of The Starr Foundation, a philanthropic organization initially funded by Cornelius Vander Starr’s estate. Under his leadership, the Starr Foundation has grown to become one of the largest private foundations in the United States. The Foundation has made more than $3.8 billion in grants worldwide to many academic, medical, cultural and public policy organizations around the world.

He held various roles as Deputy MD at BowerGroupAsia Indonesia, US-ABC Indonesia Senior Representatives, Deputy ED of Indonesia Services Dialogue Council, Indonesian Parliament Advisory Staff, APEC Business Advisory Council Policy Officer, and Bank Syariah Bukopin Business Lead. Angga holds a bachelor’s in economics, further enriched by programs at Paramadina University and Singapore Institute of Management.

Evan G. Greenberg

Evan G. Greenberg is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Chubb Limited and Chubb Group. He was elected President and Chief Executive Officer in May 2004 and Chairman of the Board of Directors in May 2007. Over the course of 48 years in the insurance industry, Mr. Greenberg has held various underwriting and leadership positions and gained significant insight in the global property, casualty and life insurance sectors. Prior to joining the company, then named ACE Limited, in 2001 as Vice Chairman, Mr. Greenberg spent 25 years at American International Group, where he served as President and Chief Operating Officer from 1997 to 2000. Before that, he held a variety of senior management positions, including President and Chief Executive Officer of AIU, AIG’s Foreign General Insurance organization, and Chief Executive Officer of AIG Far East, based in Japan.

Muhtar Kent

Muhtar Kent is a member of the Board of Directors of The Coca-Cola Company. From 2009-2017, he served as the Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Previously, he was President and Chief Executive Officer and earlier, President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Kent joined The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta in 1978, holding a variety of marketing and operations leadership positions over the course of his career. In 1985, he became General Manager of Coca-Cola Turkey and Central Asia. Beginning in 1989, he served as President of the Company’s East Central Europe Division and Senior Vice President of Coca-Cola International, with responsibility for 23 countries.

Charles Williamson

Charles R. Williamson, a director of the Company since 2004 and previous chairman of the Board since 2009, was the executive vice president of Chevron Corporation (international oil company) from mid 2005 until his retirement in December 2005. He was chairman and chief executive officer of Unocal Corporation (oil and natural gas) until itsacquisition by Chevron Corporation in 2005. He served as Unocal Corporation’s executive vice president, International Energy Operations, from 1999 to 2000; group vice president, Asia Operations, from 1998 to 1999; group vice president, International Operations from 1996 to 1997; and held numerous management jobs including positions in the United Kingdom, Thailand and the Netherlands after joining Unocal in 1977. He was a director of Unocal Corporation and former Chairman of the US-ASEAN Business Council. He is also a director and chairman of the board of Talisman Energy Inc. and a director of PACCAR Inc. He has extensive executive experience in corporate finance, management of capital intensive operations, development of natural resources, technology, international operations, strategic planning and public company executive compensation.

Keith Williams

Keith Williams is the 10th President in the 124 year history of Underwriters Laboratories. UL is an independent organization with a Mission to promote safe living and working environments for people. Subsequent to graduation from Case Western Reserve University Keith joined General Electric Company. During a 23-year career at GE he held assignments in global business management, global logistics, marketing and sales at five different US locations and in Singapore and Beijing. In 1997 Keith was named President, Asia-Pacific for Medtronic Inc.; a position he held for five of his eight year Medtronic career. After his work with Medtronic in Asia, Keith also had US assignments as President, Spinal, Neurological & Diabetes Business Unit, and as Chief Quality & Regulatory Officer. In addition to his work at UL, Keith is Chairman of the US ASEAN Business Council, Secretary Treasurer of the US China Business Council, Chairman of the National Fire Protection Association, a Trustee of Opera Memphis and serves on the Boards of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs and World Business Chicago. Keith and his wife Kaori, an independent professional opera singer, reside in metro Chicago.
