On May 9,  Myanmar's Directorate of Investment and Company Administration (DICA) introduced new compliance requirements for companies sponsoring foreign employees. Effective immediately, companies must report any changes in employment status of foreign staff and their family members - including commencement of work, resignation, relocation, departure from Myanmar, and changes in address or phone number - via designated email addresses.

Companies with Myanmar Investment Commission (MIC) permits should email movasdica@gmail.com, while non-MIC companies should use nmicforeignerreport.dica@gmail.com
