During his time at the Council, Rahul has supported a range of regional engagements and policy-focused initiatives, including business missions, high-level roundtables, and dialogues across Southeast Asia. His work involves engaging member companies and government stakeholders to facilitate dialogue on key policy and regulatory developments, while driving the Council’s advocacy efforts to advance U.S.-ASEAN commercial interests. He has also contributed to cross-sector initiatives, working with internal and external stakeholders to align industry perspectives with regional policy priorities.

Prior to joining the Council, Rahul was a Business Development Manager with HSBC’s Global Trade and Receivables Finance business. He graduated from Singapore Management University (SMU) in 2021 with a degree in Political Science. His work reflects a strong interest in the intersection of business, policy, and strategy.
